Condominiums

For Condo Associations that wish to eliminate or reduce the number of satellite dishes at the complex, we offer a program that we characterize as "1 dish - 1 roof".  The concept of one dish on a common roof is a solution to the problem of the growing number of dishes on the property.  Associations and owners are uniformly opposed to the large number of these unsightly dishes.  In fact, a lot of condo rules prohibit satellite dishes.  ServiceForce offers solutions to this problem.

ServiceForce provides the following for Condominiums:

A digital satellite television platform is installed that upgrades your property to allow residents to access DirecTV digital satellite entertainment service.

DirecTV® programming offers your residents more movies, more pay per view choices, and more pro and college sports subscription than cable. And now DirecTV offers local channel subscriptions in many markets across the U.S.

As they become available, technology upgrades will be provided without charge. Residents can choose to stay at the leading edge of viewing technology.

Digital Satellite Television allows residents access to high definition television (HDTV) and expanded pay per view offerings.

ServiceForce access agreements are unobtrusive. The plan to provide service is well thought-out and does not interfere with property operations.

    Hi-Speed Internet access

    Ongoing system and quality maintenance.

Important Note

While FCC rules permit installations of the dishes by residents (and no group or city may ban a person's access to the airwaves), the one dish on a common roof concept is a solution to the problem of the growing number of dishes on the property.
